# Netsheetly

> Netsheetly is a UK estate agency tool. Its free worksheets work out what an estate agent's fee comes to on a given sale price, the VAT on that fee, the other costs of selling, and the net proceeds the seller is left with. Netsheetly Pro keeps each completed sheet against the client it was prepared for, brands it and exports it. It prices no mortgage, no survey and no stamp duty, and it publishes no ranking of agencies.
