What this service is

Netsheetly provides worksheets that do arithmetic on figures you supply. They are a calculation aid for a UK house sale and they are not valuation advice, legal advice or a quotation from any agency. We are the vendor of this software: there is no introducer, no broker and no third party in the arrangement.

How we are paid

Netsheetly Pro is a monthly subscription at £14 a month, sold by Ellul Solutions Ltd. You contract with us and you pay us directly, and no commission, referral fee or share of anything reaches us from anyone else. It adds saving, comparison, your own branding and export to the same worksheets.

The published figures

The index lists every worked figure the site publishes, with the inputs that produced it, so any figure on the site can be checked or reused with attribution.

No warranty

The worksheets are provided as they are. We take care that the arithmetic is correct and we show it line by line so you can check it, but the figures you put in are yours and the decision you take on the answer is yours.
